Two Flexible Program Formats:

PM Competency Program
Take all 6 Workshops (scheduled 2 days every 2 weeks) for a comprehensive set of project management skills to properly manage projects. The program is based on Project Management Institute standards. Training is provided on each of the PMI knowledge areas with coverage of all project management processes and techniques.

Individual Workshops
Take any individual workshop (2 days) for application training on specific PMI knowledge areas with full coverage of the applicable processes, tools, and techniques. Comprehensive review of the PMBOK on the subject matter is also provided.

Applications and benefits:

Obtain comprehensive training on the project management context, processes, and knowledge areas , with coverage of the PMBOK.
Learn skills and strategies that enable you to properly plan, execute, and control your projects with strategies for interfacing with stakeholders and managing project teams.
Provides review for the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam.
