Cancellation Policy: A full and unconditional tuition refund will be made when requested fourteen days prior to the beginning of the class. Cancellations received after this time will qualify for course substitution only, with tuition applicable towards any scheduled OEI course. Note that a $150 US administrative fee will be assessed for any cancellation request received less than fourteen days in advance of the class.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitution of an instructor or textbook. In the event of class cancellation, tuition will be promptly refunded. Please consider this possibility, since we cannot be responsible for non-refundable travel arrangements.
